Many movers quote over the phone without seeing anything. The result is often a low price that grows on the day, when the crew finds more furniture than expected. In contrast, a short survey shows us exactly what you own. As a result, we choose the right truck and crew size the first time. You pay a fair price, and the move runs on time. A video call takes about fifteen minutes. Simply walk through each room with your phone, open the store and show us the balcony, the stairs and the parking area outside.

We reply to every request within one working day, and usually much sooner. If your move is urgent, call or send a WhatsApp message after submitting the form. For same-week moves, we check crew and truck availability straight away and tell you honestly what is possible.

When you request a moving quote from several companies, compare like with like. For example, check the crew size, the truck, whether materials are included and whether the price is fixed. Plans change, and that is normal. If your date moves, tell us as soon as you know, and we will shift the booking to the next free slot. Likewise, if you add rooms or items, we update the quote in writing before the day. If you need to cancel, the terms in your quote explain what happens to the deposit. In short, there are no surprises, because every change is agreed in writing first. This protects you, and it helps us plan our crews fairly for every client.

While we prepare your quote, you can start on a few simple tasks. First, sort what you are keeping and what you can sell or give away. Next, tell your landlord or building management your moving date. Then check whether your new home needs cleaning before you arrive. Finally, start collecting important documents in one folder. Need just one sofa, a fridge or a piano moved? You can still request a moving quote. For single items, photos and both addresses are usually enough. We will suggest the right vehicle, often a pickup, and confirm whether one or two movers are needed. Then you get a fixed price, usually within the hour. In many cases, we can move single items on the same day or the next morning.

Prefer not to use the form? Call or send a WhatsApp message with your moving details. You can also email photos or a video of your rooms, together with both addresses and your preferred date. Whatever way you contact us, the same coordinator handles your move from the first call to moving day.

Every request goes to a move coordinator, not a call centre. The coordinator reads your details, calls you back and stays with your move until it is done. That means you never have to explain your move twice. Moreover, the coordinator briefs the crew before the day, so the team arrives knowing which items need special care, where the truck can park and what time the building allows moves.

You can request a moving quote for almost anything that needs to go from one place to another. That includes bedsitters, apartments, family houses, offices, schools, shops, clinics, warehouses and storage units. It also includes single items, such as a piano, a safe, a sofa or a car. Month-end weekends, December and early January are the busiest times for movers in Kenya. Therefore request a moving quote early if your move falls in one of these periods. In contrast, mid-month dates are easier to book and sometimes cheaper. If your dates are flexible, tell us, and we will suggest the best option for both price and availability.

We do not publish fixed prices, because every move is different. Instead, we assess each move, send a written quote and agree the final price with you, so the figure you agree reflects your real move. If you are working to a budget, tell us early. Then we can suggest options, such as packing some boxes yourself, moving mid-month or sharing a truck on long routes.
